Beer On The Rug has come out of virtually nowhere and already released some of the best music of the year, there's that terrific Casino Gardens tape that I listen to probably every single day and also that Arcade Junkies disc that provided my favorite video this year. NOW, there's the newest installment, a short and sweet self-titled record from a project called Midnight Television, bite-sized dail jams that every one of us could listen to every day.
